D-Lightsys proposes specific parallel optoelectronic modules according to the customer requirements.

Parallel modules with multiple individual pigtails

D-Lightsys developed 4 channel modules for communication on individual fiber cable pigtails. The fiber cable is selected according to the application environment requirement.
The main features of such products are their high mechanical integration (16x16x3mm package), the fact that application-specific optical cables and termini can be proposed and their low power consumption. For modules with 2 transmitters or less inside the package, another outstanding performance stems from the capability to withstand temperature up to 110°C. Such products are thus well adapted for defense or aerospace applications.

DLT-04T-250-IQ-Pyz: 4individual pigtails 0.1 to 3.125 Gbps parallel transmitter

DLM-04P-13-250-IQ-Pyz: 4 individual pigtails 2.5Gbps parallel transceiver (1Tx + 3Rx)
DLM-04P-31-250-IQ-Pyz: 4 individual pigtails 2.5Gbps parallel transceiver (3Tx + 1Rx)

Parallel hermetic modules

D-Lightsys developed a family of parallel optical modules for applications requiring hermeticity.
Their optical interface consists of a fiber ribbon pigtail terminated by a MT-compatible connector/ferrule. The module packaging consists of a modified ceramic QFP package. The package dimensions (without the contact pins and fiber pigtail) are 21.8 x 21.8 x 4.5 mm. The hermeticity is ensured by fiber glass sealing.
These modules operate over the industrial temperature range [-40,+85°C].
