S-Light SLR-250-IQ-Pyz optoelectronic receivers are optimized for
short distance high data rate optical communications.
The SLR-250-IQ-Pyz
complies with AEEC / ARINC 804 receiver specifications.
SLR-250-IQ-Pyz
modules integrate state-of-the art GaAs PIN photodiode chips and low
power consumption CMOS electronics. SLR-250-IQ-Pyz optical interface
consists of either a 50/125 or a 62.5/125 µm multimode optical
cable pigtail terminated by the end-user specified optical terminus
or connector.
SLR-250-IQ-Pyz
electrical interface consists of a QFN package |

             Notes:
                    1.
Power consumption when operating at full speed over the temperature
range. Maximum power consumption
occurs at 90°C.
                    2.
The module operates with decreased performances above 90°C. |

| An evaluation board
(ref : EVB-SLM/01) is available for module testing. A module holding
tool (ref HT-DLM-v1.0) permits module testing without soldering up
to 3.125Gbps. |
