D-Light DLT-xx-250-yQ-Pz parallel optoelectronic
modules transmit high data rate signals on either 4, 8 or 12 independent
channels.
DLT-xx-250-yQ-Pz
modules integrate state-of-the art 850-nm AlGaAs VCSEL arrays and
are optimized for low power consumption (<125 mW for each transmitter
channel). DLT-xx-250-yQ-Pz electrical interface consists of a 48-pins
QFN package.
DLT-xx-250-yQ-Pz
maximum bit rate is up to 3.125Gbitps/ch. The module is 3.3 Volts
single supplied for low power consumption. The module dimensions are
16x16x3 mm.

Over the specified temperature range
An evaluation board (ref : EVB-DLT/01) is available for parallel tranmitters
testing. A module holding tool (ref HT-DLM-v1.0) permits module testing
without soldering up to 3.125Gbps.
