D-Light DLR-xx-250-yQ-Pz parallel optoelectronic
modules receive high data rate signals from either 4, 8 or 12 independent
channels.
DLR-xx-250-yQ-Pz
receivers integrate state-of-the-art GaAs Pin photodiode arrays and
are optimized for low power consumption (<125 mW for each receiver
channel). DLR-xx-250-yQ-Pz electrical interface consists of a 48-pins
QFN package.
DLR-xx-250-yQ-Pz
maximum bit rate is up to 3.125Gbitps/ch. The module is 3.3 Volts
single supplied for low power consumption. The module dimensions are
16x16x3 mm.

An evaluation board
(ref : EVB-DLR/01) is available for parallel receivers testing. A
module holding tool (ref HT-DLM-v1.0) permits module testing without
soldering up to 3.125Gbps.
